Had a hearing test here. The office manager was gracious and friendly. The audiologist was thorough and explained the process in detail. They offer financing through a credit company but even with financing, the cost of the hearing devices are not in my budget. I wish that I had comprehensive health coverage on hearing aids.

I determined I needed support for my hearing, when I had to turn the tv volume louder than my husband. As a substitute assistant, I had difficulty hearing students with masks, particularly PreK and Kindergarten ones. Some of that is normal. I first asked to be tested at WVU. I missed a few sounds in the high pitch range. I was told I could get hearing aids but they were expensive. I received a brochure in the mail from Audibel Hearing offering a free consultation. I decided to be retested and got much the same results as WVU. My grandfather and my dad had hearing problems. My dad wore hearing aids and developed dementia. Having read where hearing loss can lead to dementia, I determined to invest in my hearing. Keith and Cathy Nestor have been tremendous teachers and support in the realm of hearing aids.
